  • through the data voluntarily entered in the forms that are incorporated into the Service Provider’s systems;
  • by storing cookies on the terminal equipment

 

2. Selected privacy practices employed by the Service Provider

The login and personal data entry pages are protected at the transmission layer (SSL certificate). This ensures that the personal and login information entered on the site is encrypted on the user’s computer and can only be read on the destination server.

The personal data stored in the database is encrypted so that it can only be read by those who have the Service Provider’s key. This protects the data if the database is stolen from the server.

The Service Provider periodically changes its administrative passwords.

An important element of data protection is the regular updating of all software used by the Service Provider to process personal data, which means in particular the regular updating of software components.

  • Insurance companies

The actions of the Controller may be appealed to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.

The provision of personal data is voluntary, but necessary for the operation of the Service.

Automated decision making, including profiling, may be undertaken in relation to you for the purpose of providing services under the contract entered into and for the purpose of direct marketing by the Controller.

We do not transfer personal data to third countries as defined by data protection legislation. This means that we do not send it outside the European Union.

 

5. Details provided in contact forms

The Website collects information voluntarily provided by the user, including personal data where provided.

The service may store information on connection parameters (time stamp, IP address).

In some cases, the Website may store information to associate the data in the form with the email address of the user filling in the form. In this case, the user’s email address will appear in the URL of the page containing the form.

The Service Provider uses Google Analytics (Google Inc., USA) for the statistical analysis of Website traffic. The Service Provider does not transmit any personal data to the Service Provider, only anonymous information. The service is based on the use of cookies on the user’s terminal.
